For transfers, twenty-four hours is plenty, and we often sort it out the same day. For Saona or Catalina it is better to give two or three days' notice, especially in high season, because the boats have limited space. If it is private, the more notice you give, the better the date you get.
Give us the flight number when you book. We track it in real time and the driver adjusts the pickup without you having to tell us anything. If the flight is cancelled and you are no longer travelling, there is no penalty: we reschedule.
We accept cash, card, bank transfer and PayPal. Transfers are quoted in US dollars and can be paid in Dominican pesos at the day's rate. We do not ask for a card up front to hold a booking.
Yes. Bayahibe is an hour and a quarter from Punta Cana, so we cover that whole area, including Cap Cana, Uvero Alto and the coastal hotels. We also do hotel-to-hotel transfers.
Saona and Catalina run almost daily, subject to sea conditions and Port Authority clearance. If the sea is not right on a given day, we tell you early and either reschedule or refund. Land tours always run.
Bookings and coordination are handled in Spanish. For groups that need an English-speaking guide we arrange it in advance. A good share of our clients come from the United States and Colombia, so we are used to travellers arriving from abroad.
