Sixty minutes from landing, free of charge. Because we track the flight, the clock starts when you actually land, not at the time on the ticket. If immigration gets stuck, message us on WhatsApp and we wait.
Yes. We quote in US dollars because that is the standard in this sector, but you can pay in pesos at the day's rate, or by card, bank transfer or PayPal.
A short stop at a supermarket or pharmacy is included if you ask when booking. Longer stops or detours off the route are discussed beforehand so no adjustment catches you out.
With twenty-four hours' notice there is no penalty. If your flight is cancelled because of the airline or the weather, there is none either: we reschedule at no cost.
Yes, transport runs 24 hours. Flights to Punta Cana and Las Américas leave early and land late, so the small hours are normal working time for us.
